Job Description
As a Strategic Client Partner at Softcell, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth within these accounts by aligning our IT solutions with the business goals of your clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop selling opportunities within PSU, Banks, and expand into the same using relationship management techniques.
  2. Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and follow up with prospects, preparing and consolidating all documentation related to RFPs.
  3. Understand RFP terms, create synopsis, and present it with management.
  4. Use a consultative approach to discuss business issues with prospects, develop a formal quote, written sales proposal, or formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.
  5. Develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
  6. Build and strengthen business relationships with current accounts and new prospects.
  7. Recommend marketing strategies.
  8. Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline information.
  9. Provide or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.
  10. Identify customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.
  11. Have knowledge of PSU, Banking segment in the west region (applications, infrastructure players, tendering process, and decision-making process).
  12. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills, including technical.
  13. Able to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is ₹25-28 lakh per annum, based on experience and performance.
