Job DescriptionThis role will focus on retail sales primarily from select banking (private & consumer), ND and select MFD channels. The Sales Manager is responsible for managing designated sets of relationships assigned across various categories and achieving Gross Sales, Net Sales, AUM & SIP numbers.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve defined Gross, Net Sales and SIPs and Asset targets defined each year.
- Monitoring of Sales Metrics – MIS, Talisma, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc.
To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate degree, preferably an MBA. Over 5 years of sales experience in wealth management / Mutual Fund Industry would be beneficial. You should possess relationship management skills / channel management experience. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, along with fluency in English and Local language.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range between ₹10,00,000 to ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
