We are seeking an experienced Zonal Manager to lead and manage all field operations within a designated zone or district. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Trainers to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding client base, and achieving regional sales targets.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of training programs and ensure they are delivered effectively to school staff and students.
  • Track and assess team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team leadership and sales management, ideally in the EduTech or education sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams across a large geographic area.
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $30,000 - $40,000 per month, plus additional benefits including TA + DA and accommodation on travelling.
