At Gamut HR Solutions, we're on the hunt for a highly experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market presence
* Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team effectiveness and performance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and sales growth areas
* Conduct regular sales forecasts and performance reviews to set achievable sales targets and objectives
Requirements:
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a maximum of 10 years in a similar role
* Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth
* Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team
* Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage client interactions and data efficiently
* Exceptional negotiation skills with a successful track record in closing deals
* Strong market analysis skills to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages
* Ability to forecast sales performance and set realistic sales targets
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and team interactions
* Strong problem-solving skills to address sales challenges and develop innovative solutions
