Job Role: Micro Market Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Micro Market Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and retaining key merchants in a specified geographic area, as well as cross-selling other products to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Acquire and retain key merchants in a specified geographic area
* Build new merchant relationships and cross-sell other products
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience in sales and business development
* Good negotiation, communication, and convincing skills
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Strong understanding of the local market and competitive landscape
