Job Title: Senior Branch Credit Manager - MBL
Function/ Department: Micro Business Loans
Job Purpose:
The role of Senior Branch Credit Manager - MBL entails scaling up the business for the Micro Business Loan lending for a designated area by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost-efficient and technology-effective manner. The role will closely collaborate with the Retail team for same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and ensuring IDFC First becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet disbursement targets on a month-on-month basis.
- Identify business clusters with high potential and execute penetration strategies to drive growth.
- Monitor and improve manpower productivity at all levels.
- Manage IRR and product mix, and branch profitability.
- Manage the X bucket collection and overall portfolio management.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate the ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent to meet the bank's rapid growth targets.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation.
Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Micro business Loan.
