Business Development Manager

As a Relationship Executive at TekPillar, you will be responsible for recruiting and training new team members to ensure they are equipped to excel in their roles. This includes providing guidance and support to help them overcome any challenges they may face.
Client Management:
You will be handling queries from clients via calls and in-person meetings, providing them with the highest level of service and ensuring their needs are met. This will involve working closely with the team to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships with our clients.
Performance Improvement:
One of your key objectives will be to provide training to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals. This will involve identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Reporting and Sales Targets:
You will be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will be working to achieve monthly sales targets, which will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
