About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
  • Lead a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience in sales or operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
