About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
- Lead a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to drive business success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience in sales or operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
