Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Negotiating deals with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Maintaining client relationships and being the primary point of contact between the business and its customers
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to establish personal networks and identify business opportunities
  • Preparing sales reports and presenting them to managers
  • Managing team reviews and creating reward programs
