Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Base Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, implementing operations strategies, and achieving assigned P&L targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and achieve segment-wise revenue targets as per the annual operating plan.
  • Achieve revenue targets with consistent performance on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure profitable business performance and expansion of Rentokil PCI's services in selected segments.
  • Implement corporate credit policies within stipulated timelines.
  • Convert built-up databases into business opportunities and develop new business.
  • Execute systems and processes to optimize base/branch operations.
  • Analyze competitor activity and plan strategies to meet challenges.
  • Ensure on-time service delivery with precision and at pace.
  • Identify service gaps and implement continuous monitoring, audit, and improvement plans.
  • Manage customer contact and relations to achieve target customer retention.
  • Monitor and control costs, including manpower, chemical/material consumption, and equipment usage.
  • Ensure effective budgeting to yield good ROI at the base/branch.
  • Ensure all services are delivered on time, with minimal backlog, to facilitate on-time renewal.
  • Regularly monitor operations KPIs with the operations team and service planners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area and minimum 5 years of experience in sales or operations, team handling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
