Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our field operations in the EduTech industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring successful delivery of educational technology solutions, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Trainers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent results.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with school clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding the client base, and achieving regional sales targets.
- Oversee the successful implementation of training programs and ensure they are delivered effectively to school staff and students.
- Track and assess team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure objectives are met.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, performance, and client feedback, and collaborate with senior management to align regional strategies with company goals.
- Proven experience in team leadership and sales management, ideally in the EduTech or education sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams across a large geographic area.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between ₹25,000.00 and ₹35,000.00 per month, plus additional benefits including TA + DA + Accommodation on travelling. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the EduTech industry.
