Our latest addition, noon Food, revolutionizes the F&B delivery landscape by putting control and success back in the hands of retailers. We're seeking a world-class Associate Creative Director Design to drive our vision, strategy, and execution of product design across our platform.

You'll lead a talented team of designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that elevate user satisfaction, increase engagement, and drive business growth. Your expertise will shape the design direction, mentor team members, and ensure excellence across all customer touchpoints.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the design vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with product and business goals.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of visual & onsite designers fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Ensure design consistency, high-quality standards, and cohesive experiences across all platforms (mobile, web, etc.).
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from ideation and prototyping to final execution, ensuring a data-driven approach to design decisions.
  • Advocate for design systems, user-centered design practices, and user research to create intuitive, seamless, and engaging user experiences.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on the approach of the solution with the aid of mockups and wireframes.
  • Develop high-quality designs using industry best practices and with emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Contribute to product planning and strategy.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in digital onsite & product design, with at least 3+ years of experience managing and leading design teams. They must have a proven track record of delivering impactful and user-centered design solutions for mobile apps, websites, and other digital platforms.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to convey design concepts and rationale effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
