About the Role

  • The Branch Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and implementing operations strategy and plan to establish a best-in-class, cost-effective service delivery and achieve assigned P&L targets. They must maintain a high level of engagement in cost management, people management, and customer management.
  • The incumbent will work as part of a multi-functional team, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Operations & CRM

  • Plan and achieve segment-wise revenue as per the annual operating plan, ensuring the revenue target is met.
  • Achieve revenue targets consistently on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure profitable business performance and expansion of Rentokil PCI's services in selected segments.
  • Implement the corporate credit policy within stipulated timelines.
  • Convert the built-up database into business and develop new opportunities.
  • Execute systems and processes optimally as per guidelines to improve base/branch operations.
  • Analyze competitor activity and plan strategies to meet challenges, reporting timely to authorities.
  • Ensure on-time service delivery with precision and at pace.
  • Identify service gaps and implement continuous monitoring, audit, and improvement plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage customer contact and relations to achieve target customer retention.
  • Enhance productivity by effectively managing sales and service colleagues.
  • Monitor and control costs, including manpower, chemical/material consumption, and equipment usage.
  • Ensure effective budgeting to yield good ROI at the base/branch.
  • Deliver services on time, minimize backlog services, and ensure timely renewal.
  • Ensure SCP devices are active and used for all service delivery.
  • Regularly monitor operations KPIs with the operations team and service planners to achieve branch operations KPIs.
  • Use materials as per the SRF and Cost sheet without deviations.
  • Brief the operations team on cost sheets and material utilization.
  • Ensure all sales are visible in iCABS for planning and execution via Service Companion, with timely punching of new sales in SRA.
  • Attend customer complaints on time as prescribed.

Overall Administration

  • Build awareness of SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, including HR, Training, SHE, PN, and ATEX.
  • Work closely with other functions, conducting regular base/branch meetings to review team members' performance and maintain transparency.
  • Build capability of base/branch teams and manage colleague retention.
  • Ensure statutory requirements are met on time.
  • Convey company policies and relevant matters clearly and on time.
  • Ensure supporting documents for appointments are sent by the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure a harmonious working atmosphere, providing equal opportunities to work, earn incentives, and perform.
  • Handle subordinates' grievances.
  • Monitor and ensure employee training and evaluations are fulfilled as per job requirements.
  • Recruit qualified employees and create a pool for meeting branch needs.
  • Develop growth plans for top performers in branches and develop second-line personnel for each position.

  • Faster Response – 2/24: 98/100, Root cause analysis and CVC.
  • P&L – Base/Branch Target and Service Productivity.
  • Achieving Gross sales, jobbing, and product sales targets.
  • Achieving Total Sales revenue.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or its equivalent) in a related area and minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Operations, Team Handling, and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • People Manager.
  • The role will work closely with Divisional Leadership Team, Branch Sales, Operation, and all support function teams to meet organization objectives.
