Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team as a Pest Control Business Development Representative. This role will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing business opportunities in the pest control industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities
  • Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure ongoing expectations are met
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting, and market development
  • Support the service team by providing customer feedback and developing good client relationships
  • Provide regular reports as required and assist with debt collection
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the pest control industry
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with clients

  • Maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS)
Education and Qualifications

You should have a degree in any stream and possess sales experience of a minimum of 2 years in direct sales, preferably in facilities management for commercial business profiles. Additionally, you should have experience in home product/home service business and residential cleaning services for residential business profiles.Benefits
