Channel Head

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing strategies that drive business results, managing high-performing sales teams, optimizing channel performance, and driving customer acquisition and retention for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the wealth management distribution strategy across multiple channels, ensuring profitable growth and exceptional client experience.
- Manage high-performing sales teams to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
- Optimize channel performance through data analysis and CRM systems.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention for HNWIs and UHNWIs through targeted marketing campaigns and relationship building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- MBA or CFA certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or private banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of financial products, market trends, and regulatory environments.
- Proficient in data analysis, CRM systems, and digital channel management.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
