Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted growth in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client sites
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Conduct site visits and meetings to discuss service needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experiences
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in facilities management or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
