Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our Accor team in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and targets.
- Prospect, generate, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and packages.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent our brand at industry events and trade shows.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales development.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and location. Accor offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
