Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our Accor team in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and targets.
  • Prospect, generate, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Manage corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and packages.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent our brand at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales development.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and location. Accor offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
