Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key partners, including national distributors, banks, and direct clients. The primary objective is to drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth through effective sales strategies and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in PMS, AIF, or Sales Distribution. Graduation or PG in Sales, Finance, or Marketing is preferred. Prior experience from an AMC only (MF, AMC, or PMS, AIF, Distribution) is required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive AUM growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.
  • Plan and implement targeted promotional strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
  • Strengthen distribution channels by providing essential training, including technical and soft skills.
  • Ensure seamless branch operations with strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Sell Portfolio Management Services (PMS) products to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and provide investment advisory services.
  • Maintain relationships with key intermediaries and onboard/train Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).
