Business Development Manager

Aero Armour is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the B2B sector. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of Aero Armour products.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for adventure and the outdoor lifestyle.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
