Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory.
  • Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory.
  • Drive acquisition and revenue targets - inbound and outbound.
  • Operationalize all the Jio points within a Jio Centre.
  • Own performance of the preferred outlets of the territory.
  • Ensure world class customer experience at Jio Points.
  • Maintain hygiene and governance at Jio Points.
  • Monitor and manage productivity of the team.
  • Monitor, evaluate and train the team and channel partners.
