Retail Business Development Head

We are looking for a highly motivated Channel Sales Lead to join our team in West Bengal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue market share and managing productivity of channel partners & distributor.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience of 4-8 years and a graduation and MBA preferred. Key responsibilities include strengthening distribution by increasing Recharge selling outlets, SIM, selling outlets, and gathering and monitoring competition plans, policies, best practices &,initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Market Share by increasing retail width and product availability
  • Manage productivity of channel partners & distributor
  • Train and ensure required field sales executive with distributors,
  • Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks
  • Strengthen distribution by increasing Recharge selling outlets, SIM, selling outlets
  • Drive basic distribution parameters - ROI of distributors & Retailers
  • Gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices &,initiatives and report to Jio Centre and State S&D team
  • Propose requirements to push for better visibility in the territory
