**Job Overview**

Nestasia is a leading company in the Home Decor/Crockery/Tableware industry, seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience in retail, wholesale, or distributor sales environment, preferably in the Home/FMCG/Fashion industries. A Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Finance is required.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales objectives
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in retail, wholesale, or distributor sales environment
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Finance
  • Demonstrated track record of sales achievement in a hands-on sales environment
  • Proven knowledge of managing EBOs, store-in-store, and retail customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)
  • Able to establish good relationships and credibility with employees, customers, and store partners
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and expense management skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to travel as needed locally

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in the Home Decor/Crockery/Tableware industry
  • Familiarity with Nestasia's products and services
