Aero Armour is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:

    - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B sector, including retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
    - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships:

    - Establish strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    - Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  3. Sales Strategy and Planning:

    - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
    - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of Aero Armour products.
  4. Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals:

    - Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
    - Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation and contracts.
  5. Monitor Market Trends and Competitors:

    - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
    - Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer preferences.
  6. Achieve Sales Targets and KPIs:

    - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.


About You:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager who can drive sales growth and expansion in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
