Business Development Manager for B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B sector, including retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. - Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, providing excellent customer service and support. - Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of Aero Armour products. - Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation and contracts. - Monitor Market Trends and Competitors:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer preferences. - Achieve Sales Targets and KPIs:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
