Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Specialist to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the B2B market. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and negotiating sales agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university with a CGPA of 3.0 or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and distributor management
  • Relevant experience in direct or channel sales management
  • Preferred experience in industrial lubricants or industrial consumable products, including industrial bearings, cutting tools, maintenance & repair electrodes, and maintenance of steel and cement industries
