Sales and Business Development Specialist

At Acoem, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and effectively closing deals to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and negotiate agreements
- Generate leads and qualify prospects
- Oversee the sales process for our products and services
- Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of clients
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
Your Day-to-Day Missions and Tasks:
- Analyze the competitive landscape to stay informed about market trends and competitors' activities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand sales effectively
- Ensure accurate reporting of activities, update the commercial database, and provide business forecasts to the Sales Head
- Provide sales assistance to the sales/distribution network (distributors/agents)
- Expand the customer network within the designated geographical area
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in business development or sales within a B2B setting
- Preference for experience in selling online sensors, automation products, and online systems
- Technical proficiency in vibration is advantageous
- Proven track record of initiating cold calls/visits to drive new business prospects
- Capability to establish enduring, robust customer relationships
Desired Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in instrumentation engineering
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, with preference given to those experienced in condition monitoring sales
- Self-motivated individual with a knack for self-learning and proficiency in using various instruments and software
