At Acoem, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and effectively closing deals to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and negotiate agreements
  • Generate leads and qualify prospects
  • Oversee the sales process for our products and services
  • Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of clients
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas

Your Day-to-Day Missions and Tasks:

  • Analyze the competitive landscape to stay informed about market trends and competitors' activities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand sales effectively
  • Ensure accurate reporting of activities, update the commercial database, and provide business forecasts to the Sales Head
  • Provide sales assistance to the sales/distribution network (distributors/agents)
  • Expand the customer network within the designated geographical area

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in business development or sales within a B2B setting
  • Preference for experience in selling online sensors, automation products, and online systems
  • Technical proficiency in vibration is advantageous
  • Proven track record of initiating cold calls/visits to drive new business prospects
  • Capability to establish enduring, robust customer relationships

Desired Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in instrumentation engineering
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, with preference given to those experienced in condition monitoring sales
  • Self-motivated individual with a knack for self-learning and proficiency in using various instruments and software
