Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Duratuf Products Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify inbound and outbound leads in a timely manner
- Attend phone calls and live chats to provide exceptional customer service
- Create new leads on our CRM system
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide timely responses
- Manage email inquiries and respond promptly
- Collect feedback and review customer interactions
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Sc/M.Sc in Physics or Chemistry; B.Tech/ Diploma in Engineering preferred)
- Technical Knowledge: Prior experience in the B2B sector is preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Gender: Male/Female
