Overview
Duratuf Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Presales Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Presales Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, attending phone calls and live chats, creating leads on our CRM system, and resolving basic presales customer queries. Your strong communication skills and proactive mindset will enable you to excel in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to our service level agreement (SLA) and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Attend phone calls and live chats to provide support to our customers.
  • Create leads on our CRM system to track and manage our customer interactions.
  • Resolve basic presales customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage email inquiries to provide timely responses to our customers.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve our services.


Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field is required. A degree in physics, chemistry, or engineering is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Prior experience in the B2B sector is preferred to understand our target audience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to convey messages clearly.
  • Proactive Mindset: A confident and initiative-driven approach to responsibilities is required.
