Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at BROOMBOOM. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a specific region.



About the Role

  • The primary focus of this role is to increase sales revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • You will be required to travel regularly to meet with clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to discuss their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Your main objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

  • A proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
