The Sales Business Development Manager at Jus' Jumpin Kids Entertainment is a dynamic role that requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maximize sales in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. They will be responsible for processing sales transactions, managing cash handling, and providing a positive experience for all visitors.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills, working closely with our team to deliver outstanding results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Welcome guests warmly and provide a friendly, engaging experience
    • Answer customer inquiries regarding park activities, pricing, policies, and schedules
    • Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  • Sales and Cashiering:
    • Process sales transactions for admissions, party bookings, retail items, and other offerings
    • Acknowledge and accurately handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and reconcile cash drawers
    • Actively promote and upsell park attractions, party packages, and retail products
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage booking reservations and coordinate party/event logistics as needed
    • Maintain organized records of sales data, inventory levels, and customer information
    • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales role (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic mathematical abilities and cash handling experience
  • Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with a genuine enthusiasm for working with people
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
