About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for adventure and the outdoor lifestyle. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Prospect New Clients:
    • Research and identify potential B2B customers, including retailers, distributors, and corporate clients, within the target market.
    • Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships:
    • Establish strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Conduct Product Presentations and Demos:
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of Aero Armour products.
    • Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals:
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation and contracts.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitors:
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer preferences.
  • Achieve Sales Targets and KPIs:
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with the logistics, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
    • Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
