About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Head to lead our yarn exports business, specifically targeting the European market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- To meet top-line revenue targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management with existing and new customers.
- To increase knit yarn Value-Added Product (VAP) sales by 25% above budgeted targets, focusing on coarse count yarns.
- To maintain optimal Net Working Capital (NWC) levels through efficient inventory management and timely dispatch of orders.
- To ensure that overdue accounts receivable are collected within specified credit timelines.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in textiles exports, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing large customer bases, and developing new markets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with ability to build relationships with international customers.
