Job Overview

At Emkay Wealth Management, we are seeking a seasoned Regional Head to lead our wealth management business in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies for the wealth management business, aligned with the company's overall strategic goals.
  • Establish efficient sales processes to ensure quality control and effective customer service delivery.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and drive revenue growth through the sale of mutual funds (MF), portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIF), and other asset classes.
  • Maintain close ties with risk, compliance, and research teams to ensure that client portfolios adhere to regulatory guidelines and risk parameters.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, staying ahead of competitors, and expanding the firm's market share.
Requirements
  • 10-15+ years of experience in wealth management or a related field, with at least 5 years of regional leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of sales growth, team management, and strategic planning.
  • MBA with specialization in marketing or finance, CA qualification, or equivalent experience.
