About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Endo Surgery Division in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive regional sales performance, focusing on product-wise and individual team member sales targets.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed budgeted sales targets.
  • Sponsor sales activities with doctors and hospitals within assigned regions.
  • Develop, motivate, and train team members to enhance their skills and achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain demo units in territories, providing prompt solutions to customers' product-related queries.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience, with at least 10 years in medical devices or pharmaceuticals, including 2 years in a regional supervisory position.
  • Proven leadership, crisis management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to comprehend clinical terminology and communicate product features effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong self-motivation, result-orientation, and good communication skills.
