About Design Cafe

We are a leading company in the industry, and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospects, owning the customer experience, and driving sales closure with clear targets. They will work closely with our talented group of interiors designers to achieve sales targets and provide world-class customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
  • Owning the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers
  • Provide world-class customer experience by extending passion and commitment for serving customers

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results, and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills, and be effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners, and vendors alike.
