Job Overview

We seek a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Kolkata. This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned sales professional looking to drive growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement targeted sales plans to meet regional sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and Mentor Sales Team Members: Foster a high-performing sales team by providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional service, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate profitable deals and contracts with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Forecasting and Budget Planning: Accurately forecast sales projections to inform budget planning and decision-making processes.
  • Business Development Initiatives: Drive business development initiatives to capitalize on emerging market trends and client needs, positioning Illusion Dental Laboratory for continued success.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in a related field with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
