Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Bezt Labs Private Limited. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities for pest control services in various settings, including housing societies, offices, and factories.

Key Responsibilities

  • To identify and develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with our sales strategy.
  • To look after client retention by ensuring customers' ongoing expectations are met.
  • To manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposal development, service agreement management, prospecting, and market development.
  • To support the service team by providing customer feedback and developing good client relationships.

Requirements

  • A Business or marketing graduate (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Preference for candidates who are active networkers, building and nurturing relationships that help in lead generation and client retention.
  • Should possess a two-wheeler vehicle for ease of transportation.
