Business Development Manager

Job Description:
At RECEX, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for helping our customers increase cloud adoption and providing them with innovative cloud platform solutions and ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase customer base and solidify existing relationships.
- Develop and implement sales models for customers, offering innovative solutions and value propositions.
- Present new solutions and ideas to customers, understanding their business needs and exploring opportunities to help them meet their objectives.
- Understand and demonstrate the value proposition of our products and solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Past experience as a sales manager or senior sales manager for a system integration or IT consulting firm.
- Relationship with cloud and security, with experience in leading cloud services like AWS/Azure.
- Graduate degree in any field, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, enterprise account management, negotiation skills, and emotional intelligence.
