Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Mahindra Rise, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute market activation strategies to drive sales growth and enhance dealership performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and large fleet owners to drive volume growth.
  • Review dealership performance and provide actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with customers and dealerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in the automotive or transportation industry.
