Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and market analysis. Keep accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hygiene industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing business development and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hygiene products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
