Senior Sales Business Development Manager

Sales and Business Development:
Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling hygiene products to businesses and institutions. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and market analysis. Keep accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hygiene industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing business development and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene products and services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
