Sales Executive

As a Sales & Business Development Manager in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our hotel. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase bookings and optimize revenue.
Key Duties:- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including sales and revenue management guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
