About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Truww. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with clients during the presales and sales process, understanding their requirements, providing quotations, and helping them achieve their dream home interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings between clients and designers in our Experience Centre.
  • Share your accumulated knowledge on Truww's products and services with prospective homeowners.
  • Conduct consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective homeowners.
  • Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of offerings and value proposition.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversion of leads from the sales stage to the design stage.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Interest in problem-solving and proven expertise in Sales (preferably Home Interiors Sales).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales.
