Strategic Enterprise Account Manager

At People Tech Group Inc, we are seeking an experienced Client Partner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for strategic enterprise accounts.
About the RoleAs a Client Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed. You will work closely with the Service lines and Global Account management teams to map client stakeholders and prepare value propositions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention.
- Collaborate with the Global Account Management and Delivery teams to grow the accounts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling between IT and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in account management or client relationship roles, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven experience in the US Market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
