Job Title: Strategic Enterprise Account ManagerEstimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders for strategic enterprise accounts.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in account management or client relationship roles, preferably in the technology sector, and have a strong understanding of the US Market. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for strategic enterprise accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention
- Collaborate with the Global Account Management and Delivery teams to grow the accounts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or client relationship roles, preferably in the technology sector
- Proven experience in the US Market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a preferable Business Management acumen
- Advanced degrees or certifications in account management are advantageous
