Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated, intellectually curious individuals who can steer MNCs toward unprecedented success. As Enterprise Sales Manager, your primary goal will be identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise-level clients who may benefit from our products or services. In addition, your role will be establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprises and creating compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of our offerings.
This may involve showcasing how our products can meet the strategic objectives of the enterprise. A strong focus on relationship-building skills, commercial food court operations, layout, design requirements, and operational model is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities include:
• Faster closure of Commercial Food Court Contracts along with preparing plans for maximizing revenue by ensuring the right mix of F&B vendors/brands deployment.
• Developing relationships and nurturing strategic tie-ups with Commercial Property Developers, Managing Agencies, and large number of F&B brands, which lead to faster conversion.
• Identifying and targeting high-value opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline and achieving a high conversion rate.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Additionally, connections with Commercial Property Developers as well as F&B Brands/Restaurants are a must. A complete understanding of commercial food court operations, layout, design requirements, and operational model is also required. A bachelor's degree from Tier-1 Colleges and/or from B2B/B2C food and technology sector will be preferred. Prior experience in sales, preferably 2+ years, is also essential. Strong time management and planning skills are a must. Displaying strong people skills and having a high degree of focus is also necessary.
