We are seeking an experienced professional to establish a high-level sales strategy in our startup environment, driving customer acquisition, building the first sales team, and executing key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and manage sales plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with the executive team to launch our go-to-market strategy
  • Promote our company's solutions and services
  • Research and identify customer prospects and targets
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
  • Manage sales team performance
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of documented success in enterprise software sales
  • Experience with Microsoft solutions sales is a must
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
  • Proven ability to develop client-focused solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams. With a strong understanding of the enterprise software market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this individual will be instrumental in helping us achieve our business objectives.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on experience and location.
