Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
  • Collaborate with the global account management and delivery teams to grow the accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling between IT and services.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Map client stakeholders and prepare value propositions while collaborating with service lines and global account management teams.

Requirements:

  • 7 years to 10 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
