We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at PAD Integrated Marketing & Communications. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic account development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business strategies and marketing initiatives, with the ability to think critically and provide strategic direction to clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with our creative and project management teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. You will also be responsible for tracking key performance metrics, including revenue achievement, client retention, business development, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
