Strategic Account Growth Professional

We are seeking a Strategic Account Growth Professional to join our team at PAD Integrated Marketing and Communications. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, managing projects from start to finish, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. They should also have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, as well as experience working in an agency setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics groups
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency setting, preferably in a client-facing role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
