We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Voice/Chat Support Associate. This role is ideal for those who possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

This position involves providing top-notch support to clients via voice or chat, handling their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving issues, capturing relevant information, and ensuring that all interactions meet the required regulatory and compliance standards.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy
  • Utilize your analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess a strong foundation in FinTech/Crypto, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts and varying work hours.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree, preferably in a related field, and at least 18 months of experience in international voice/chat processes. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to compose grammatically correct, concise responses.
