Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Business Development Associate to join our launch team in South Business Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for counseling prospective students, driving sales and revenue growth, and participating in event initiatives to boost enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
* Counsel and advise prospective students about Airblack's makeup and beauty courses through various communication channels* Drive enrollment numbers and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants* Participate in video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to enhance enrollments* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders to foster growth and loyalty
